Our Guarantee
If you can't generate a usable baby image for any reason within 7 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@aibabyme.com from the email address you used to purchase.
- Include your Creem order/checkout id (you'll find this in the payment receipt Creem sent you).
- Briefly let us know what went wrong — it helps us improve.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued by Creem and the funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What You're Entitled To
- EU / UK residents: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer protection law, beginning on the day of purchase, provided the digital service has not been fully used.
- Türkiye residents: Under the Distance Sales Regulation, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services not yet rendered.
- Everyone else: Our 7-day satisfaction guarantee above.
When We May Not Refund
We may decline a refund in the following limited circumstances:
- The request is made more than 7 daysafter purchase (and you don't fall under a statutory withdrawal right).
- We have evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
- You have already generated and downloaded a substantial number of baby images (i.e. the service has been fully consumed).
Even in these cases, contact us — we usually find a way to make it right.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Refunds via support are faster (typically 5–10 days vs 30–90 days for chargebacks) and let us learn from what went wrong.
